Our Montessori Guides
Our guides are more than educators — they are gentle observers, thoughtful mentors, and companions in your child’s journey.
Every day, they:
-
Take the time to truly know each child — their joys, their challenges, their unique rhythm.
-
Offer quiet guidance, stepping in when needed and stepping back when a child is ready to try on their own.
-
Prepare beautiful, inviting spaces where children are free to explore, learn in their own pase and feel proud of what they can do.
-
Celebrate the little things — tying a first knot, finishing a puzzle, making a new friend — because we know that’s where confidence begins.
-
Share stories, songs, and traditions that help children feel connected to their roots and the world around them.
-
Partner closely with parents — listening, supporting, and walking this journey together with care and respect.
Our Ayyammas and Aunties
Often working quietly in the background, our Ayyammas and Aunties are the steady hands and kind smiles that make Manthana feel like home.
